Snow sandwiches are characterized by their rich-flavored chocolate made from farm-raised milk sourced directly from the cafe, and crunchy langue de chat cookies.
The langue de chat cookies are carefully baked one by one over an open flame using a "sandwich baking" method, which allows for a crunchy texture.

My impression after actually eating it was that the cookie had a crunchy texture and the chocolate inside was smooth and creamy, and it was rich!!

Norseman POP UP STORE [Odori venue 10th chome]

Speaking of Northman, it became a hot topic among Snow Man fans and has become a famous sweet nationwide.
The Norseman pop-up store was also set up at the Sapporo Snow Festival, so our editorial staff lined up there on the first day!

Although sales start at 11am, there is a long line of customers waiting to buy the Norseman, even on a weekday.
After waiting in line for about an hour, I was able to purchase it!
